Show Regulations - Rules for Display. In-Line, End-Cap, Peninsula, and Island Booths, Please read the display regulations for your booth type.

CAUTION:  Our Conference Vendors are under contract to serve your needs and have our permission to contact you and use our name and logo.  Only Approved and Contracted Vendors will be listed in the Exhibitor Services Manual with order forms posted to the Services Manual.   Do not be deceived by those posing as vendors to our conference.  If in doubt, check the Services Manual or contact the Underwater Intervention office.

EXHIBIT PACKAGE
  • 10' x 10' pipe and drape - see illustration  (carpet, utilities, and furnishings NOT included)booth
  • Company Sign 7" x 22"(Blue Ink on White)
  • 1 Head Exhibitor Registration (Equal to Full Conference Registration)
  • 2 Exhibit Staff Registrations (Equal to Exhibits Only Registration)
  • Exhibiting Companies are allowed only

3 registrations per 10x10 space.  One of whom is the Head Exhibitor.

  • 25 Client/Guest Invitations per Company - Invitation is for Exhibits Only Registration - One Person per Invitation

Fee Schedule:

All space is sold in 10ft x 10ft increments.

Base Price:  $2,000.00 per 10ftx10ft space

Available Discounts:

Member ( ADCI or MTS ) Discount:  $400.00, expires July 1

Early Bird Discount:  $150.00, expires November 1 (cannot be combined with Member Discount)

Multiple Booth Discount:  $50.00 per booth space, expires January 1

Deposits are required upon receipt of invoice.  Without deposit, reservation will not be confirmed, and discounts will not be honored.

If reservation is made within 30 days of show opening, payment in full will be required in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

If reservation is cancelled by exhibitor no later than July 1 (or with 24 hours of late reservations), the full amount currently paid will be refunded, less any bank fees.

If reservation is cancelled by exhibitor after July 1 and no later than November 1, a refund will be made equivalent to 50% of amount paid less any banks fees.

If reservation is cancelled by exhibitor after November 1 or exhibitor is a "no show" at the event, no refund will be available.

If event is cancelled by show management, all payments will be refunded.  If, due to disaster or other location issues, event is relocated, exhibitors will be notified and given a time frame in which to decide whether to continue or cancel.

As a non-profit organization, our Fee Schedule and Cancellation Policy are set in such a way as to protect our ability to pay our show related obligations.  We realize that often circumstances beyond your control dictate your need to cancel participation.  However, at a certain point in the process, we are obliged to pay costs related to your participation even if you cancel.  We feel the posted cancellation policy is a fair compromise.
